About

A procurement review practice rooted in Taipei

CloudApp Navigator helps finance and purchasing leaders examine how money leaves the business through suppliers — with findings tied to real purchase orders, contracts, and receipts.

Why we exist

Procurement sits between operations urgency and finance control. We started the practice after years inside manufacturing groups in northern Taiwan, watching well-written policies lose to rush buys, informal approvals, and vendor files that nobody reconciled to invoices. Our work is the examination itself: sampling, tracing, interviewing, and writing findings a committee can use.

How we approach clients

We agree the population and sample design before opening a single invoice. Fieldwork stays close to your buyers and AP clerks — the people who know where exceptions hide. Reports stay specific; we name the document, the control, and the owner. We decline engagements that ask us to rubber-stamp a process we have not tested.

Working in Taiwan

Our office is at No.3,Alley23,Lane8YounHoRd.TaipeiHsien. Most engagements are on site in Taipei City, New Taipei, or nearby industrial parks, with Mandarin and English used as clients prefer for interviews and closing meetings. Travel farther afield is arranged case by case.
