Acceptance

By using cloudappnavigator.digital or commissioning a procurement audit review from CloudApp Navigator, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

Services described on this site

Descriptions of engagements, fees, and timelines are informational. A signed engagement letter or written confirmation of scope defines the work we will perform. Website content does not create an audit opinion under professional standards unless the engagement letter expressly states otherwise.

Client responsibilities

You will provide accurate population data, timely access to documents and staff, and a liaison for fieldwork. Delays in document provision may extend timelines and fees as set out in the engagement letter.

Intellectual property

Working papers remain our property. The final finding register and agreed deliverables are licensed to you for internal use, including sharing with your external auditors and board. You may not resell our reports or present them as your own work product.

Confidentiality

We treat your purchase files, vendor lists, and interview notes as confidential and use them only to deliver the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law or professional obligation.

Liability

Our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law. We are not liable for decisions you make solely on the basis of draft findings, or for losses caused by incomplete information you supplied.

Website use

You may not misuse this site, attempt unauthorized access, or scrape content for commercial reuse without written permission. Content is provided as-is for general information.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Courts in Taipei shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use or engagements, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
