Fees follow the size of the spend population, where files live, and how many sites we must visit. Figures below are starting points in New Taiwan Dollars for work based from our Taipei Hsien office — final quotes follow a short scoping conversation.

Two to four weeks of fieldwork, sample testing across PO-backed spend, finding register, and closing meeting. Price rises with multi-site travel, bilingual report packs, or populations that span more than one fiscal year.

Focused testing of vendor onboarding, bank changes, and invoice patterns. Suited when you already know the risk sits in master data rather than the full purchase cycle.
Quoted per tender set
We price after counting the tenders and confirming whether archives are paper, scanned, or mixed. A set of ten high-value awards is a common starting brief.

Facilitated sessions over three to five days with annotated process maps. Often commissioned before a larger audit review.
